An app and a system that relies on the user to do much of the work that could be automated. Payments required are listed in PDFs & on the website, not in the app. Payment details (including a 16 figure ref) have to be manually copied from the PDF and put into your bank transfer detail. All of this is easily automated - but CZ doesn't do this. The app is only available in Dutch - even though it would not take much to provide an option to see menu items and data descriptions in other languages

Reported July 2021 about problems logging in with Digit. They replied that they would at least add a proper error message. A year later this is still/again an issue. Browsers are not too blame (got 3 and European login DOES open a browser). In-app error message is STILL absent. If it IS related to root detection from their "Onegin" provider: stop being stupid, everyone has access to root permissions on their desktop and that's never been an issue.
