I've downloaded the app twice now, most recently tonight, and I just cannot order from it. I went through to payment, and it was just spinning. Now it's showing I have items in my basket, but it says it's empty when I click on it. I've tried adding products again, and it says they are in my basket, but it is empty when I click on it. The items I already had in my account basket also didn't copy over to the app, so I had to re-enter them all as well.

The app has been terrible from day one, so I usually use the website instead, but it seems worse during the Black Friday offers which are exclusive to the app. Regularly saying there's nothing in my bag to check out while on the same screen saying there are 6 items the cart (calling it a bag and cart on the same screen is a minor annoyance). Payment hasn't been completing for the third day in a row, just a spinning wheel at the final step.

Great place to buy from but recently every time I tried to click on lets say fragrance, health and wellness options comes up so it's quite difficult to navigate!
