New Caching user. Dad to 9 and 11-year-olds. Olds. I was looking for a way to encourage my kids to be mindful about their money as well as a way to manage the household chores. Caching helps me accomplish both goals with little effort. The kids set up the chores that they would do for their weekly allowance and then added in tasks they would do which were above and beyond to earn even more money. I made a few corrections to their fees and we were off. Kids are super motivated and it is easier!

Can't even finish the sign-up process to add financial institutions. Tried both my USAA and other bank both ending in failures. The USAA account link is blank and goes nowhere. The other bank account looks like it was going to link, then posted a failure to link message. Contacted support via email, and they wanted me to email an account statement, routing number, and account number. I declined as I don't really like giving that info out. I question doing further business with them.

Nothing but issues. Would not trust with money. 1st it would not link to my bank (we tried my Android and my hubby's iphone, and attempted several times) weeks of back and forth with support. Finally, we got the account set up. A card was sent out and when we tried to activate it, it kept saying invalid card info. (It was correct) so no access to $ on card. I have been trying to reach out to support to cancel and after a month there's still no response now. There's also no phone number.
