I have used kami cabs for a long time because they have good service clean cars and drivers r very helpful until today aug 18. My son called cab to take him to big dons, so he could pawn 50-inch tv. tv fit in car everything was fine until the cab driver slammed on his brakes causing the leg that's on the stand of the tv to break. It hit something. I gather driver was going to fast and had to break fast so he wouldn't hit car in front of him. So now the pawn shop won't take tv cause its broken. We h

I have never been fond of blue cap whatsoever to the point where I always yellow cab who isn't much better but comparing next to blue cab it's night and day. But I had to call Cami cab last night and I got a driver named Amrik. I would urge anyone calling for a taxi

It works good, simple easy to use app. I use it quite often and have never had an issue with it and for the most part cabs arrive faster than when calling the dispatcher. At least in my experience.

Absolutely horrible experience. A few days ago, I pre-booked a taxi to catch a flight. I pre-booked roughly 10 hrs ahead of my desired arrival time. 5 minutes after my supposed pickup time, I get a call asking if I still need a cab. I said yeah I do, and was told it'll be 15 minutes.

All my credit and bank debt cards fail. Main reason for using it was to remotely book & pay for a handicapped family member cab rides for medical services without being there to pay with my card. As for regular call in service with Kami Cabs times greatly vary depending on dispatcher. Today daytime dispatch I was told 15-20min and arrived in 5 minutes!!! Few days ago evening dispatch calling from hospital told 10-15 min and was 1 hour 15 minutes.
