Best in Sri Lanka. These drivers are not like 3rd class, uneducated, pathetic amd Sudoku class (3wheel rider class) uber drivers. Uber is used for crimes in Sri Lanka. So highly recommend Kangaroo cabs interms of safety and reliability.

The new update has ruined the app. It's slow to start up, slow to show driver location, doesn't show that you're en route and doesn't show the final bill until you start the app for your next ride. Also gives options for pickup address under history, but doesn't let you pick. Thoroughly frustrating app for such a great cab service

App was unresponsive. I wanted to do a quick booking early morning, so I tried this app for the first time. Being a Pickle user I thought to give Kangaroo a try. The app looked promising at first until in the confirmation screen where it says to confirm the booking, the button was unresponsive. No matter how many times I press, it doesn't work, and I couldn't make the booking. Uninstalled it straight away.

Drivers behavior was very worse Not knowing how to talk to children Talking using bad words to my children Pickle and uber are the best service Very disappointed about kangaroo's cab service This is a prior indication don't use kangaroo cab service

Prices are double compared to uber and pickle and have to tell the route all along as most of the drivers can't use the maps
