Horrible service. Don't use meru cabs. They canceled my outstation cab just 1 hour before leaving. I booked the cab 10 days before, and they gave me surety of getting the cab. Because of high demand, I got gave very late and very high price. There customer care is worse, and they are not helpful at all. My advice is not to use Meru and there are better cab providers

Driver is continuously asking money to pay toll. At the time of booking from delhi airport it was cleared from meru that no need to pay money for toll, tip etc. Driver is showing Google Maps having toll charges written on that as its meru generated app and need to pay extra.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent ride I booked from the airport to Islamabad station. When I booked the ride, the Meru executive informed me that the fare would be ₹550. However, upon reaching our destination, the cab driver demanded ₹930 and threatened me. Fearing for the safety of my parents, who were traveling with me, I felt compelled to pay the amount. This experience has left me feeling very unsafe and dissatisfied with your service.
