Pathetic Service! Their Customer Support Service sucks, trust me you can't chat on the app once booking is over. They don't give clarity to Driver and Properly Communicate during Outstation Service. It's always confusing, at the end you have to incur extra cost (No Option) as they embrace you in front of Family and Public Too. I paid almost double and post this it's been 10 days since I have been following but no corrective response, even though they don't pay the driver also. *BiG NO | FRAUD*

Not a reliable app for service, I had a booking that was not adhered and when contacted by my side, after long follow up no driver or vehicle was arranged despite confirm booking. No trustworthy service

Do not trust for urgent travel Booked a Lucknow to Kanpur ride 5 hours in advance (booked at 12 PM for 5 PM). The pickup time passed without any driver assigned. Customer support is completely useless—calling them for over an hour resulted in no resolution, only wasted time and frustration Worst service ever, giving 1 star only because 0 isn't an option.

Worst experience this time. Driver denied to pick up & didn't cancel the ride by his own. Also, app doesn't accept cancellation with reason "driver didn't pick up" Don't know for my refund amount. It is difficult to connect with customer care.
