⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent one-way cab service! The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free. The driver was punctual, polite, professional, and drove safely throughout the journey. The cab was clean and well-maintained, and the pickup and drop-off were exactly as promised. The booking process was easy, communication was clear, and there were no unnecessary delays or surprises. Overall, a very reliable and comfortable service.

Do not trust for urgent travel Booked a Lucknow to Kanpur ride 5 hours in advance (booked at 12 PM for 5 PM). The pickup time passed without any driver assigned. Customer support is completely useless—calling them for over an hour resulted in no resolution, only wasted time and frustration Worst service ever, giving 1 star only because 0 isn't an option.

Worst experience this time. Driver denied to pick up & didn't cancel the ride by his own. Also, app doesn't accept cancellation with reason "driver didn't pick up" Don't know for my refund amount. It is difficult to connect with customer care.
