It was my mistake for not reading the reviews and ratings before accepting a service vendor recommended.(the initial vendor in unavailable) The team is slow and inefficient, taking 2 hrs just for living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom cleaning. I told them just to clean the upstairs Master bedroom's bathroom when there's remaining 25 mins. The senior looking cleaner said not possible as it will take 1 hr for a bathroom (ridiculous).

Kaodim payment system is misleading ended me paying twice. After my first payment it replied with a message "Payment unsuccessful". Then i made a second payment. The same reply "Payment unsuccessful". So, i called my banker to check on it. They said both payments being approved and gone through. Something is not right with your app payment system. Please look into it and rectify the problem. Thank you.

Job was booked on 5th Jun 2021 for Aircon service on 6th Jun 2021@1PM. But on 6th morning vendor called and inform not able to make and requested to reschedule to 7th Jun @1pm. So on 7th Jun morning vendor called again and said not able to make it and asked for reschedule again! CS suggested request for new vendor. 2nd vendor booked on 12th June at 12pm. but until 12.30pm vendor not showing up and said will come at 2pm. But until now 4pm still not showing up! This is totally not acceptable!

Depends on your luck whether you will get a good contractor or not. Seem like there is no quality control on the professional level of contractor. The contractor also never explain what they going to do before, during and after unless need to pay extra. No one know the thing get install correctly or not unless the malfunction happen immediately within the so call one month warranty. PR reply here very fast, email CS still no reply,i personally call promise to update me at wed went missing
