From the contractor side of things you should not get your credits deducted when a client messages you. I find some potential clients will waste contractor credits if they do not agree with your price (if you do not agree with a contractor price do not complain find a quote you feel comfortable paying) Some potential clients will message you and agree to your price then last minute not except your quote on the app and change their mind. (Again wasting the credits of contractors)

As an electrician this is awful, there are way too many variables to quote by picture over the phone. Pricing will ALWAYS error on the higher cost. A true visit to the job site is almost absolutely needed for licensed trades for pricing to be accurate and fair. The idea is nice on paper only. Also the state of texas does not allow plumbing, hvac, and electrical to work without the proper contractor license. Handymen doing electrical is illegal. You should probably do better at vetting workers 🙄
