I see 2 different types of doctors and also see a Mental Health Therapist twice a month using Telemedicine. I absolutely love using the Telemedicine app because I just remain in my home sitting in my favorite chair and log in to my Telemedicine app about 15 minutes prior to my Telemedicine appointment time. They request that you login 30 minutes prior to your Telemedicine appointment time but I don't think that is necessary to login that soon so I always login 15 minutes prior to my Telemedicine

I love DrGanjoo and Dr Sood office. Especially their office staff Tony, Priyanka and Culvita and also Elaine. The only thing that I could complain about is when I have a Tela pointment and I talked to dr. Sood at 10:15 a.m. and my prescriptions still aren't called in when the pharmacy closes at 9 and three or four different times either mine or my son's prescriptions were called in after 1 a.m.. I hope this is something that the office can work on cuz I don't want to bother the office staff or the pharmacy for prescriptions that I as well as my son needs called in.

Why hasn't support answered my email or the msg in app I sent 5 days ago It says on app that Kareo Support typically responds in a day/24 hrs There was technical issues w/ my Dr & I both logged on but we weren't ever linked together I waited 27 min did not close/switch apps looking @screen entire time finally I had to switch to phone app to call my Drs office then switched right back to Kareo as soon as she answered but showed her I had only been on 1 min to not lie to her I was on time Not good

Why do I have to put my credit card info to start appointment if I have insurance? Why put the insurance in if you want to charge my card?
