Very poor app. Specially logging in process is too slow and non-responsive. Multiple time tried but OTP not received. Web terminal logged in with same credentials but app shows error Wong password. While when I reset password OTP not received whole the day.

VERY POOR WORST EXPERIENCE, most of the time there is error or bug while opening the app which crashes the process for almost 4 to 5 times. Almost a month ago I tried to buu stocks but my account was restricted put of nowhere, I contacted helpline, they asled for cnic and didn't mention me about restoration, I tried after few days when I got to know that my account is restored. And now again my account is restricted for more than a week, I have contacted helpline, but no response till now.

Very frustrating app. I just forgot my password and the app stopped working. Even their given password is not working. Now my app is crashing when I tap on login. I don't know how to use it I want to close the account because I don't want to be frustrated more.
