After compulsory migration to new mobile app, completely failed to use UPI for payments at vendors. In the new app there is no option for "forgot UPI pin" option. Though there is option for change UPI pin, it becomes useless because feeding "correct old UPI pin" is mandatory to generate new UPI pin. So, people who forgot UPI pin cannot use this app. Contacted ktk bank authorities thro emails. But no solution yet, for four months. Dejected with the carelessness of the teams. Hell with these.

After upgrading to the new version it doesn't function. Every time whether it's the old version or new version app has some issues. Contacting them too is difficult
