Kcal Body Assessment

Looking to lose weight and get healthy? Awesome - you’ve come to the right place! Being experts in balanced, nutritious eating, we at Kcal know that making changes to your diet, body or lifestyle is far from a one-size-fits-all approach. Like everything in life, it’s different strokes for different folks: some things work for some people, other things work for others. That’s the beauty of life!
That’s why we’ve developed the Kcal Body Assessment app. When it comes to achieving our goals – whether that be weight-loss, muscle-building or just looking to live a healthier lifestyle – we all need a tailored approach, unique to us as individuals, to help us get there. With Kcal Body Assessment, that’s exactly what you get! Using the app, you'll learn everything you need to know about your body: from your weight and muscle spread and your full body composition, to where your strengths and weaknesses lie, what specifics you can work on, and how best to plan your eating to go about achieving your target goals. Developed by experts in nutrition, fitness and sports science, it’s the app that puts you firmly in control of your body, delivering the easiest and most direct route to where you want to be. Think of it as the PT in your pocket, without the yelling!
