Step 1 Sign up, add the items you want from Korean online stores to your cart, and request a purchase.
Step 2 Purchased items arrive at the KEFF warehouse, and you'll be notified in the app.
Step 3 Once all the items you want have arrived, request consolidation.
Step 4 When packing is complete, request international shipping, make your payment, and receive your package at your overseas address.

■ Before you order
· Some items (such as alcohol, batteries, and food) are restricted in certain countries. Please check the import regulations of your destination country.
· Customs duties and import taxes (such as VAT) may apply depending on your destination country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
· Storage fees apply after the 45-day free storage period.
· Original product boxes may be removed during repacking.
