It works great, but there was one time when two cabs were dispatched for one request. Not on my most recent experience but my previous order.

I didn't use the app this time as I am a handy dart user. They booked it for me. But cab #54 went above and beyond. He was so kind and the was very clean, and he told me he sanitizes the car quite frequently. I love that as I am someone who has a weak immune system. So I am giving him 5 stars. I hope I get him again. If I ever book a taxi on my own I will ask for #54

Do not do business with this company as they do not care about the average Joe today I had worked 8 hours at my store I work at the meat department at a grocery store, and I had to get some groceries there were some bulky items, so I figured I'd get a cab cuz my wife couldn't help me out I had contacted the cab driver that I was at checkout after 5 minutes he canceled my RIDE. If I could give no stars I would because customer support hung up on me. LET's GO UBER!!!!

App worked fine for pre-booking a ride to the airport. Requested pickup at 4:45am. At 4:44am got a text that my taxi was on its way with a link to view location and est time of arrival. Taxi was coming from the airport and was 15 min away. Had to drive myself to the airport instead and passed three EMPTY Kelowna Cabs all heading to the airport as well. Not impressed and won't use again.
