I tried some other apps, but was not even getting OTP to register. But after installing this app and a soft call to SEB, someone came to check whether there is any issue with the charging socket. After confirming there is no issue with the power socket. I was able to start charging. 🙏 👍

Excellent service When I get there the QR code is not working. Then I called the customer care and told the charger CB code they instantly turned on the charger 👏 I'm so Happy to see our SEB improved so much

The worst charging app in play store. Dear SEB officials if you can't properly run an app then don't bother in making a useless app. The app takes time and the screen is stuck in payment options, there are tons of Charging apps and stations out there don't waste your precious time in downloading this useless app
