Why can't I log in immediately? I have been not been able to access my account because of non received the sms login approval. Then no reply from customer service that I emailed to.

Can't log in with biometrics. I have five banking apps on this phone without biometric issue. Only Kneeing knows how to create problems when everyone else doesn't... Avoid Kneeing!

My login name is small capital letters, but it didn't allow to key in small capital letters. End up I can't log in.

Extremely frustrating. Need to log in every 10 min if left alone mobile. Login process very troublesome. Key in password, go to authenticator, approve, exit authenticator, go to app again. Imagine doing this 10-20 times a day.
