I think new version needs to be updated. Since updated the apps on my phone has not run smoothly. It is slower response and especially some characters are shown incorrectly in English, most people would prefer old version in my opinion. From an updated Android user

Very bad service. After 5 days still not reaching the package. This is agin they lost my package 📦. Maybe the delivery guys stoles the packages. Will never use again in life. Scam. KEX SCAM

BOOKED PICK UP COURIER HAS NOT ARRIVED COURIERS MOBILE NUMBER CONTINUALLY ENGAGED CALL Center NUMBER DOESN'T EXIST OTHER NUMBER RINGS OUT. WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! UPDATE - I managed to talk with courier-he says 1hr - now 1hr - still no uplift. Very, very unreliable.

I am in remote area, that why I use this service, but the local Kerry Express service is making up phone calls to me and in the end the parcel get send back to sender without me getting the thing I order. This happened to me a few times. I think the company has to check those calls better, so it won't be cheated with.
