I think new version needs to be updated. Since updated the apps on my phone has not run smoothly. It is slower response and especially some characters are shown incorrectly in English, most people would prefer old version in my opinion. From an updated Android user

Kerry Thailand gave me a bad service. They delivered it in a wrong warehouse, and now it causes delay. It took them 5 days to deliver the parcel just from Bangkok? Such a bad service! I can't use that item anymore!

App just asked me to update. Once the update done, it keeping gave me error message and did not let me use its app to track my shipment. The shipment also delayed which made my shipment damaged and their service could not give me any explanation. I had asked all my vendor not to ship through Kerry until they got their act together.

I book online for pickup package, but they didn't pick it up and the service sucks and the staff needs a training they didn't do their job properly what a shame.

It's impossible to book a package collection because the GPS location on the app shows the wrong address (by several kilometers!). I'm not the only one with this issue. PLEASE FIX IT! No other courier has this problem EDIT: Not only is their pickup service broken, but delivery takes 3 days if parcels are dropped off at one of their branches. So much for their guaranteed next day. The whole company is a disaster!
