I think new version needs to be updated. Since updated the apps on my phone has not run smoothly. It is slower response and especially some characters are shown incorrectly in English, most people would prefer old version in my opinion. From an updated Android user

Not helpful and lost my package. And the call center doesn't help they just say to wait, and they check the tracking number which is what I can do on my own. So I don't get the point of the help center if they can't help with anything You can't pick up the package because the tracker isn't accurate a disaster of a company not a smooth experience at all

Absolutely Useless. Arranged a pickup from Bangkok and delivery to Korat. Time slot was the next day between 1-3pm. At 3pm next day I got in touch for an update, expecting to find the driver was late etc. but would be there at soonest. Spent 45 mins with them until they came back and told me my reservation was cancelled. They had the cheek to ask me to rebook, which I did, with another courier service. Never again.

I only give a 1 because the app is not the problem... Kerry provides the worst service in history... And has the rudest customer service and delivery people ever.... 0/10 will never recommend
