This ap often glitches. As a babysitter, not being able to see the booking details on the day of booking is stressful. I don't want to let parents down. Also, ongoing issues with updating availability due to glitches. Is not worth the hassle and cut of pay.

The staff who works for Kiddo is extremely unreliable. If you want to have your evening ruined, go ahead and book a nanny from Kiddo. On a multiple occasions, their nannies would cancel a few hours prior to my booking, and then app charges extra money for you to rebook and find a substitute. Apparently, it is considered as a last-minute booking. It is not my fault that you can not hold your side of the agreement and make me pay extra money because your staff is unreliable. EXTREMELY disappoint
