I love using Kiddo to find babysitting work. I feel safer going to jobs knowing that Kiddo is aware of my location. I can easily set my availability and rates. It's great to know that Kiddo vets both the babysitters and families.

I'm a sitter in Brisbane. No issues with bookings or app glitching. Small queries I have had were quickly and easily resolved via email. I've done 63 sits through Kiddo app so far. The small subscription fee is worth it- get more sits, plus cancellation security. It's easy to apply to and accept bookings. I have multiple repeat families! Sitters' completion rate decreases every time they cancel on parents. So if you want bookings, create yourself a good reputation. Highly recommend as a sitter!

The staff who works for Kiddo is extremely unreliable. If you want to have your evening ruined, go ahead and book a nanny from Kiddo. On a multiple occasions, their nannies would cancel a few hours prior to my booking, and then app charges extra money for you to rebook and find a substitute. Apparently, it is considered as a last-minute booking. It is not my fault that you can not hold your side of the agreement and make me pay extra money because your staff is unreliable. EXTREMELY disappoint

Nannies either don't show up, cancel 10 minutes before they're meant to be there or have to immediately leave after arriving. They also for no reason whatsoever charge $578.88 for 4 hours of babysitting, zero qualifications and no previous bookings. There's a male babysitter on there who keeps applying to jobs with no history in his profile. No qualifications and no references. Not even a WWCC and kiddo has allowed him to have a profile. Dangerous app.
