I’ve used Kiddo care twice, and I’m really satisfied with the service. Both carers were amazing — caring, responsible, and engaging with my child. However, I’m a bit disappointed that it’s quite difficult to get a carer for urgent bookings. Sometimes the booking is urgent due to real emergencies, not just last-minute plans, so I really hope Kiddo care can improve on this. Overall, the service is great and very helpful for parents.

Heard about this app through some fb groups when parents were asking about part-time babysitter. And several people commented "kiddo care". I've been taking care of my baby for 4 months now and never thought of hiring any helpers. However, I had a lot of stuff to do so I decide to try it for the first time and im very impressed! The carer helped me so much I even extended 2 more hours. Will definitely be using this app a lot more. Thank you for having such an amazing platform!

Kiddo care is a good platform for hiring a babysitter helping first time parents to take care of the children. In exchange, parents will be able to rest more, and all the kiddo care is professional.

The babysitter on this app is just not it. Cutthroat extra charges for transportation fee and last minute cancellation.

Caution. This company attempted to use their app issues to scam us. The time selection does not scroll as expected, leading customers to enter erroneous appointment times. AFTER this kiddo care blames customer for cancelling, and STEALS their money. Look in the reviews here at how many other customers have had this issue. Do not give kiddo care your money!

Worst experience with the app and customer service. Booking for few times, there was always problem with the app in each booking, lag and bug. Due to app problems, customer get 'scammed' and need to pay hidden big amount of surcharge (especially causing last minute booking) or not getting a carer. Not to mention the late customer service action adding up. However, carer service are satisfying.Well-trained and professional. Won't use this anymore due to the 'scam'
