What is video kyc and why is it required, I use other apps and they don't require it, other thing I submit my civil I'd front side and back side photo, then what why to insert it manually. App needs some upgrade

Very unfriendly representative (maliya branch). Forces you to make first transaction in branch to update KYC. KYC should be done without any transaction.
