It's okay, but I don't like when it has to verify me every other day. Not just that. It's very tedious when I try to assign my cell phone to the memory of the app, and it doesn't accept that. I don't know why. They really\nNeed to work on that. This is the second time I've given my opinion. And yet I haven't been heard.😔

The verbiage on the positive reviews suggests it's a bunch of bots. The amount displayed is never correct. Of all the places I bank with, kinecta is always the slowest to process transactions. In person at the branches, the tellers are usually good, but good luck with the folks at the call center.

Transactions only show up days later (3-4 days) without and "pending" amount shown anywhere.... I guess computers only work during business hours. Account holders can wait.
