When you're away from the house it does not stay connected to the lock. It's useless

App does not stay connected to the lock. Must bring the phone close to the door/device to reconnect every time. Otherwise, it seems like it will work great if this issue is resolved. I want to be able to open the door for visitors/family if I'm not home by allowing them in when I use the app.
