Its sometimes reliable but there are still minor problems in terms of real time status of the bus. I encountered several times either the bus didn't pass the stop, or went another route suddenly, or you cant see the bus on the map, but then it came. Some qr reading takes time also for other passengers. Hope strætó keeps improving. Some people rely also for it to be on time so people won't be late for the next connecting bus they need to take.

Mad at this because number 4 bus sometime disappear, i didn't saw them to pick me up.I was late for work quite alot of times.

Stunningly unreliable. Frequently logs me out just before getting on the bus, fails to load the ticket, or the ticket reader indicates that the ticket is not valid even though it is. Verifying tickets is extremely slow, slowing down the boarding process for everyone. EDIT: I came back to this app after a year of disuse. It won't start most of the time, such on loading terms of service. When it does start and the terms can be accepted, the terms screen still pops up later. Login attempts hang.

You have to sign up with a phone number, and it doesn't recognize the +1 country code, so it's unusable for tourists from the US and Canada.
