Overall I like the app, but it has been several times that it does not work, and it is a bit stressful if I can't buy a ticket when I get in the pub.transport. E.g. this morning it offers only to buy a day ticket (€5), instead of 90 min €1.50.

EDIT: Updated my review, because Mo billy called me, apologized, and offered a solution. Very impressed with customer service and that they care about their customers. It was an IT issue they had, which is now fixed. Old review (shortened): The app took 40 EUR and stopped working. I wanted to top up 30 and buy the monthly ticket, but it would not allow topping up by 30, only 10 EUR increments. It ended up taking 40 EUR altogether and stopped working, so I was unable to buy tickets.

What a scam app. If you top up exactly the price of the ticket (€3 for example) keep in mind that it adds some fees to the price so in the end It's something like €3,17. And minimum top up is €3, so I needed to top up €3 two times.

I visited Riga and wanted to use this app for public transportation. It doesn't work, I couldn't proceed the payment. Edit: I used my phone number to activate this app, and now I receive spam calls.

I needed just 1 Euro for a bus seat. And I need to pay at least 3 euro to reserve a seat. I wasted 2 other euro into a thin air. Хуета приложения 👍

It is very greedy application and has hidden transactions. You need to pay for push notifications and also need to pay for transactions. Cannot switch off push notifications. 1 star and report to Google for scam and fraud.
