Try checking my roster but everytime I do it it says offline and I tried clearing my cache and data and deleting the app then installing again and usin g my mobile data and I don't have bad internet connection i have tried everything

When i try to put in my new availability it doesnt allow me to pick available, instead it assumes im unavailable, which means i can only change or delete it in store and i end up gatting no shifts. Im not sure if this is just my app or what :(
