Description
The Celayix Team Xpress App features a number of capabilities, including availability submission, self-scheduling, shift confirmation, clock-in/out, safety check, time-off requests, and more for your scheduling and time tracking needs.
SCHEDULES Team members can view and confirm their schedules, as well as receive and acknowledge any shift changes.
CLOCK-IN/CLOCK-OUT Team members can clock-in/out of shifts, record meal breaks and perform safety checks directly from the app, avoiding a dedicated time capture device at every location. The result is precise time capture and compliance record, all delivered to supervisors in real time, notifying them of late arrivals and missed shifts.
TIME SHEETS Mobile or field team members can keep track of time spent on projects or customers right on their mobile device and deliver their tracked hours to supervisors in real time for accurate payroll and billing.
AVAILABILITY Team members can submit and communicate their availability to supervisors. This reduces the amount of time spent creating schedules. In cases of missed shifts, supervisors can also use the availability module to quickly find replacements without spending hours calling around.
TIME OFF Team members can submit Time Off requests for supervisor review and approval with decisions communicated back through the app.
MESSAGING Communicate in real time through in-app messaging, eliminating the need to use other methods such as email, text, or phone.

I use this app every day that I work to clock in and out. It's only logged me out a couple of times while I'm at work, and I've had to log on again, but that's not so bad.

Great app! Use this system to clock in and out of work daily when scheduled. Only negative thing about the app is that for me, it's been logging out of my profile constantly. That's pretty much the improvement the app needs work on. Other than that, tremendous app and system to use.

It would be great to be able to adjust the time zones. Scheduling department operates and plans shifts in timezone X, and when a team member is in time zone Y, it can be confusing to convert to the right time.

I'm late to work every day because I have to take screenshots of this app user interface where it shows I can't log in. App has random blank popup windows that say "yes" and "no" and I don't even know what I'm clicking "yes" to, but I have to every time I want to clock in to work, or I can't!

Hardly works. Have to repeatedly turn off and on the location. Log in and out of the app. Then it might work.

Celaya team express, a program used to schedule our work has been plagued with inconsistency, exaggerated load times, error codes and a faulty system that allows "cheaters" to mass book shifts while many servers like myself go weeks or even months without the ability to book even one shift. We are tired as this is our livelihood and literally unable to work because of a program that doesn't work is unacceptable.
