I am using Work app but got email regarding shifts offer but when I open app there is no shift shown in the schedule. Why it happens If you said that when shift offered sent to who use Work app, and they accept shifts quickly then it's not a reason because today I got email regarding shifts and when I got email that time I open the Work app quickly to accept the shift but there is no shift shown in schedule.

Totally bad, they are not responding their employees, they just listen supervisor not worker. If there is any mistake, they just deactivate their account without listening both sides. Totally bad experience.
