How it works?
Download the app Create your account Find the KNOT station and unlock your scooter or bike Enjoy your ride! Bring your scooter or bike back to the station to end the ride.
Stay safe and ride responsibly: Please visit the ‘Safety’ section in the app or on our website before your first ride (et don’t forget the common sense!).
You will notice that all our scooters and bikes are docked. Thanks to the docking stations we can avoid the sidewalk anarchy and charge our vehicles 24h/24 whiteout daily trucks’ raid for vehicle / battery charging. That’s why we can provide a truly sustainable shared transportation network!

1. It requires you to give at least €10 before even being able to unlock a scooter. And when I chose the €10 option it took €28 from my account and I still haven't gotten a refund. 2. When I tried to unlock a scooter, every single one except a single one was "booked by an organization". 3. When I finally found one that I could unlock, it asked me for €150 in case I trash the scooter. This is way too much each time to unlock. 4. I have gotten no response in the contact page at all. Nothing.

Really stupid scooter system compared to all the other cities I've used these in. If you want to go from point A to point B you actually have to go from the closest parking to point A to the closest parking to point B. Except in the rarest of circumstances, this actually does not work out convenient in the slightest.

Hi, the trip was a total failure. I arrived in the center and could not stop the scooter because the station was out of service. I had to ride back to the hotel, while going back the scooter stopped working and I had to take it on the metro with me in order to leave it at the station in front of the hotel. This is a shame I will never use your app again. Thanks for waiting my time. Regards Henry
