The app does not work properly. Everytime it shows something went wrong message. Unable to book Kochi metro tickets. After building such a beautiful metro, they can't even make a simple app to work properly.

This app has not much to do anything in connection with travel. It don't even show historical balance. I submitted KYC twice and still now my card is blocked. Most ridiculous thing is that they accept any amount of recharge but don't give credit.. Pathetic state of affairs.. Can't be worser.. Not expected from the likes of Axis Bank or Kochi Metro..
