The negative reviews complaining that Komodo 13's playing strength may be VERY slightly weaker than Stock fish 10s completely miss the point of how serious players use professional engines. Virtually any strong engine can beat any human. Tiny differences in absolute playing strength are irrelevant. An engine's value to a competitive player depends on its usefulness for ANALYSIS. K13 (with its unique MCTS feature) provides the best & most humanlike positional analysis I've seen on a mobile device

I had Komodo13 play in the Ravioli engine tournament app vs Stock fish 10, which it lost 1 game and drew 30+ games. Also, vs other Stockfish9 derived engines Fish, Cor chess, Brain fish from Ravioli, of which it lost 1 vs Cor chess and drew 40+ games. In Chess for Android GUI vs SF10, Komodo lost 12 games and won 4. Maybe there are optimal settings? Doesn't show strength or superiority over SF10 & for sure not SF11. It's still very strong, but free apps are equal or stronger. So what's the point?!?!

Waste of money. It is not worth of even five rupees. It is weaker than the majority of chess engines available free of cost in play store.
