*Updated* I'm still waiting approval to add funds directly from my US bank account but customer service did advise me I can still add Pesos. I did, worked instantly. I also got a nice email addressing my comments on my initial review. I'm still waiting for approval for my US bank account, but I changed my rating because my first Peso transfer was instant, and I like the quick response and follow up. Thanks ARQ

The worst experience I had was with this company. They kept my deposit and blocked my account after 45 days They returned my deposit, claiming their system had technical issues and that's why they couldn't make the refund. After 35 emails, the only thing that worked was filing a complaint with consumer protection, so if you go through the same situation, the first thing you should do is file a complaint

Am very disappointed with ARQ. I made my first small transfer of 6 USDC. After that, my account was suddenly blocked. They opened it for 24 hours, so I could withdraw my funds, but I was unable to do so due to technical issues. I wasted a lot of time trying to withdraw the money. After that, they blocked my account again. I clearly asked them multiple times to close my account and send me a confirmation, and that they can keep the 6 dollars. I am concerned because they have my personal documents
