I downloaded this app because I traveled to europe and needed to exchange money during my trip. I was unsure at the beginning since I've never used this kind of apps, but at the end I gave it a chance, and it actually made my trip a lot easier talking about the money. I could pay anywhere and what I liked the most was that I could exchange money anytime immediately. Definitely recommended.

Am very disappointed with ARQ. I made my first small transfer of 6 USDC. After that, my account was suddenly blocked. They opened it for 24 hours, so I could withdraw my funds, but I was unable to do so due to technical issues. I wasted a lot of time trying to withdraw the money. After that, they blocked my account again. I clearly asked them multiple times to close my account and send me a confirmation, and that they can keep the 6 dollars. I am concerned because they have my personal documents

The worst experience I had was with this company. They kept my deposit and blocked my account after 45 days They returned my deposit, claiming their system had technical issues and that's why they couldn't make the refund. After 35 emails, the only thing that worked was filing a complaint with consumer protection, so if you go through the same situation, the first thing you should do is file a complaint

I can't even create an account, after doing all the sign-up steps I get a "sorry, try again later" message after doing the code verification and stuck unable to create an account
