The problems I have with this app, when searching for an item, it just takes you to unrelated items. Engineers should look into aspects.

Worse experience, the problem about konga is that there are lots of fake product in their online store. I since last year November I have bought about 22 items from konga, out of 22 items, 8 are fake and 5 are bad wen I requested a return, they told me to make a short video showing the defect part of the item, after doing that they never responded. They never called or come to pick up the item. You guys should work on the sellers on your marketplace to make sure they deliver quality.

I think konga need to improve on their app. Shopping on this app has become very difficult and frustrating. It hangs alot. It is slow. Unrelated items to your search just keep poping up unceremoniously and most times what you are searching won't show instead, it is other unrelated items. Too bad. Improve please.
