An issue where there is often room for improvement is well structured and understandable scheduling for rehearsals and performances. The App Konzertmeister supports orchestras and choirs precisely in this challenge.
In many associations, it is common for appointments to be communicated via various channels: SMS, e-mail, WattsApp or Facebook are often to be found here. This variety of communication paths often makes it difficult for everyone involved to maintain an overview. Konzertmeister wants to provide a simple and direct way to remedy this - it offers members a clearly structured schedule with a direct opportunity to accept or reject with just one click.
This presence information is immediately visible to the musical director, who is always able to observe the visitor status on his created appointments. Thus, the leader knows at any time which rehearsal or performance will be well attended and can adjust the planning accordingly.

I haven't had Concertmaster for very long but am extremely impressed so far. The developer has put a lot of thought into it. Our club used 2 other similar apps but Concertmaster is far better. The support is outstanding, emails are even answered at the weekends! Integrating our calendar into our website was a piece of cake. Highly recommended.

Super app to manage a music group. I work with older people, they love the app, all appointments in one page, it sends reminders, it can link to the music, one can have set lists there, you can link with Google Maps to the location of events... And I can see attendance in one simple view. I am so glad I found this app. Support has been very helpful during my trial month. Thank you.

Overall good App, but this point must be fixed: When making a choice and retuning to the overview, the scroll position is not kept. Please return to the position of the last selected appointment. I started using it and stopped after 20 entries, way too laborious to use!

Since the latest update the caldav links do not include past appointments even though the checkbox is disabled.
