Koomyo Rider

Koomyo Rider is the delivery app for restaurants that run on Koomyo. Your restaurant assigns the orders; the app shows you where to go, what to collect and keeps the kitchen and dispatch in the loop.

ROUTES IN THE RIGHT ORDER
When dispatch plans several deliveries together, they arrive as one route with numbered stops. The next stop is highlighted, and you can pick up the whole route in one tap.

ONE TAP TO NAVIGATE
Open directions to the customer, or the whole route with every stop in order, in Google Maps. Call the customer straight from the order.

THE RIGHT AMOUNT, EVERY TIME
See exactly what to collect before you knock. If the customer pays a different way at the door, choose it and the app recalculates the total, with the full breakdown to show them.

NEW ORDERS, INSTANTLY
New deliveries appear the moment they're assigned, with a sound and vibration so you don't miss one, even on silent.

GO ONLINE WITH A SWIPE
Slide to start your shift. Your location is shared with dispatch only while you're online, so they can plan deliveries around you.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
Deliveries completed, cash in hand and distance covered today, plus your full delivery history, day by day.

SIGN IN ONCE
Link your phone to your restaurant with a QR code or restaurant code, then stay signed in for your shift.
