The new chart / order page is bad. Before it was possible to simultaneously see the chart and past orders. It's not possible anymore. Also since the update the chart always fails to load.

Stop Forcing Updates–Respect User Choice! This exchange’s policy of forcing updates to use the app is unacceptable! It’s MY device, & I should decide when to update—not be locked out until I comply. Not everyone has time, data, or storage to update constantly. Forcing updates is disrespectful & ruins user experience. Fix this! Reply: I get updates r needed, forced 1s can be disruptive. Can u offer more control, i.e. Scheduling or opting out of non-critical 1s. Clearer communications about changes

Extremely clean nice and easy to use and if you deal with a lot of crypto than this is going to be the exchange to deal with because they handle large outgoing and incoming deposits extremely well and fast as long as you have the proper information that they need. Proof of wealth documents due to $$$$$$ is going to be on any exchange now however the other guys are slowpokes or freeze up everything and take forever to get to it. Kraken are the guys that know what they're doing and how to handle

Kraken Pro failed when I needed to close my position. The app's Close function did not work, forcing me to figure out that I could close it through the website instead. I went from about $70 profit after fees to a $147 loss. I contacted support and sent multiple screenshots showing the issue and account balances. After several emails, they stopped responding without any resolution. A trading app that prevents you from closing a position while your money is at risk is unacceptable.

Crypto is the future. Support is terrible though and the week wait is atrocious. Been a member for years, and they still make me wait a week.
