Great value and the best bang for buck when it comes to airline partner deals, and it's not even close. Similar to Cashback programs really, but you're able to convert miles at a 1 to 1 ratio to cents making it easy to know how much they're worth.

Tried booking a hotel on krisflyer vrooms. The booking failed and my miles were deducted, and my miles balance is now zero. And they say it takes 6-8 weeks to refund. Insane!

Vouchers always expire because I can't login to the app. I key in the right password and even login using biometric, but I get thrown back to the login page. By the time the update that fixes it is released my vouchers have already expired
