Good digital health care provider. I have been using the app for past 4 years, it worked best in the past and now there are delays in scheduling appointments along with few discrepancies. Yet I recommend this app for its timely professional help.

Not helpful at all. Waited an hour in the middle of the night to be told by doctor in the video chat to go to paracentral tomorrow! Why do kry take appointments that they can't examine or help with?

Only makes sense if you only ever need prescription renewals (these are via video and fast). If you have an actual issue, they will charge you for a video call only to tell you to book an in person appointment. You can only book these on the same day, and all slots are gone within 5 mins of when they become available at 7am. If you get lucky and get one, then there's still a pretty good chance that you'll be told to "drink a lot of water and wait for it to go away".

Kry does not have any connection with the medical services here in Sweden. I've taken several calls with their doctors but don't tell you anything. They just say "go to the medical center". The problem is that the medical centers in Sweden are the worst. It is very rare that they do a deep check on you, they always say "this is normal, take some painkillers". I expected from this kry service at least a comment in the system so the medical center can read on it and know what to do in advance.
