Kry is a very helpful, and they are very fast to help you, and they can answer all your question about your health problem.

I'm very disappointed, this is my first experience with Kry. I tried to receive the call, and it didn't work. In less than a minute from the call, it says then that I have a missed call. There was no way to call the doctor back.

The worst treatment ever, I had a very bad experience with them, I do not recommend it even to my enemies. I used the app in Sweden, and it was my first time with kry, it took less than 2 minutes and the dr said that she cannot examine me online and hang up the phone and sent me an invoice. And off course the video call did not work, so she had to call me on my mobile for 2 minutes. And above all of this she wrote all rubbish on my journal!!! And no need to mention the horrible customer service

Kry itself is good, but the app is not. For one thing, you can't book appointments easily - only video appointments. This would be fine if I needed to talk and not actually get an examination. Secondly, when booking an appointment for my shoulder, I specifically got asked if I wanted a video call beforehand, which I said no to, presuming then I had a booking - only to find that they booked it in a completely different city, hours away from my actual healthcare center. And support only by phone?
