Updated from 1 to 4 stars thanks to Hima from Prime IT team: 3 main things are resolved. 1) Notification sound works well after checking "Wake lock screen" option under Notification Alert section. Alert sound can be custom selected to something loud. 2) The small orange circle at the left corner of texted box changes to green confirming the recipient read it. Small black notice is also written below the box indicating time it was sent and read. 3) Texts can be marked as "Urgent."

Thank you! They fixed the issue with your update. Now when I'm noticing is that some conversation notifications are not cleared after being seen. So it keeps alerting you that you haven't seen that notification. It only happens sometimes

This app is absolutely horrible I have family members in the hospital with covid, and they sent me a link through a text message it does not give me an option to sign up just to log in. How am I supposed to communicate when it's not working very frustrating
