KSEBEA Engineers Association

KSEBEA is the membership app for the KSEB Engineers Association. It keeps members connected to their unit and to the central association, in one place.

WHO IT'S FOR
• KSEBEA members, unit office bearers, and central office bearers.
• Sign in with your Google account to get started.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• My Profile — view and update your own member details.
• My Unit Details — see your unit's office bearers, activities, and central news, all in one screen.
• Unit Activities — unit secretaries can post updates; members are notified automatically.
• News — the general secretary can publish association-wide news, with alerts to all members.
• Pay My Dues — pay subscription dues securely online.
• Grievances — describe an issue and it is routed to your unit chairman, unit secretary, and the central leadership.
• Hydel Bullet — browse and read the association's monthly bulletin as PDFs, organised by month.
• Benevolent Fund — view fund details and office bearers.
• Engineers' Houses — check availability and book association guest houses.
• Finances — unit treasurers can record entries and manage assets (role-based access).

WHY USE IT
• One app instead of scattered emails and notice boards.
• Updates reach you as in-app alerts, so you don't miss unit or central announcements.
• Role-based access keeps office-bearer tools limited to the right people.

This app is built for and used by KSEBEA members. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by KSEB or any government body.
