Please add options of passwords, pin for the login too, I have bene having issues with my phone fingerprints and I am not getting other options, had to uninstall the app and start all over, please kindly add the pin/password option

I can't log in into the app ever since I removed the passkey. Is there no other way to access the app except using your phone passkey? I've tried reaching out to your customer care but it's not possible.

My old phone was stolen, and I tied to log in to my kuda business app, but it was requesting for a passkey, but before I realized that it was on my formal Gmail account, the passkey has been deleted, so now I am completely locked out of my accounts. There is no other way to verify my identity or such, and I have been trying to communicate with their help team, but there has not been any responses whatsoever. I would really appreciate it if you could look into this.
