Kung Fu Body Condition is great for beginners or anyone interested in rebuilding their body. Basic Tumbling, arm exercises, leg exercises, and much more. This is traditional training for endurance and power. Body conditioning is the necessary first step in traditional kung fu training. This regimen is designed to strengthen the entire body's structure preparing it for the rigors of martial arts practice. You will become more fit and flexible, you will improve the health of your spine and internal organs, and you will enhance your cardiovascular endurance. Body conditioning includes stretching, strength-training, tumbling drills, and outdoor training methods, such as running, rope climbing, and rock throwing. This total body workout is essential for all martial arts styles, including MMA, but can also be used by anyone interested in improving their health and physique. Thank you for downloading our app! Absolutely Brilliant! I have previously purchased the DVD of this, and now with this App I can study everywhere I am! Dr Yang has helped me more than he knows, I was very ill before and with his training materials I am becoming healthier and stronger. I owe him so much. Thank you, Dr Yang and Team!

Whole body workout and basic self-defense! This is great stretching and exercise for the whole body, and you also learn real kung fu in the process. These teachers are high-level students of a Grand master, and they teach the Year 1 lessons that all beginner kung fu students need to master before progressing into more complex kung fu techniques. This training builds up the physical body, not only muscles, but the joints and overall strength, so you can truly feel more powerful, but also healthy and balanced. Great stuff.
