If you really like kung fu, this app can help you to learn with videos but there are not useful for very day workouts. Given that there is not many apps and learning spaces for kung fu, this app is useful 👌

For many years I've wanted to someday renounce the world to become a Shaolin Monk. The martial arts that is taught in the Shaolin Temple was and has been something that is of very little interest to me. The teachings, the wisdom, knowledge and understanding. To be taught by Shaolin Masters to live the rest of my life in the Shaolin Temple. I never knew that there was a price to be paid to become.

I've trained with a 4th generation inheritor and grand master of the systems of Choy lu fut, wing chun, all which fall under contemporary southern shaolin. Where's the iron palm training, or iron arrow finger training? Where's the short Boxing forms, the 5 animals (dragon, mantis, snake, leopard, and tiger), where's the other 18 animals forms that follow? where's you're weapon systems, no single form or double person sparring forms. Why are you not teaching the eastern medicines, are you kidding me!?

This is a very bad app I don't like this App if you want to download a video a Kung Fu training video from this app it will take so many Mb. And when I try to take a video it does not come. The worst Kung Fu app in my life please do not install this app. This app is a waste of time
