Absolutely the worst thing available for anyone who's looking for personal / Cloud storage, none of its content are correct in any way. Don't purchase the product, 1. Only offers to show you the picture / video already on your phone 2. Will not allow you to connect with the unit except to change the password and that option pops up every two minutes. It's totally a waste of time effort and money. How can you sell a product that does nothing as promised, mine had extra ties in the box (resell?)

It works... not well... if my router reboots then the device goes offline for the app, however cx file express can access it. The app can't rotate photos. Also, can't access any other types of files like documents which would be of great benefit and make it a more true cloud. Don't see a way to limit access to certain folders and files. If their a 2k photos on the device it's loading them all. The instructions seem to consist of a 5-page tutorial, not much content. No more space to say more
