I love my home cloud! I have used it for years as an archive for my photos and documents.

So recently there was a pop-up window in the app asks, "how do you like the app" the only option is yes or no, and then it asked for a review. There is no option to Simply close the window and move on with your day. The fact that there's an invasive pop-up that you cannot skip asking for a review is the reason why I gave this a one-star review. This is annoying. If you are going to wave your hands in my face and prevent me from doing the *one* thing the app does, then the app is, sadly, broken

It's the service down? I'm unable to access my files.
★☆☆☆☆Jahan Zeb· Jun 28, 2026
Very slow. Never loads the cloud. Never able to load other services

Absolutely subpar support. Switching to Synology and hoping that support is in a recognizable language and not an AI wannabe.
