Useless. Poor logistics. They have extremely poor delivery partners. Takes more than a week to deliver. And by then' plants are in 'shock' as per replacement team. The customer is now given the duty to help the useless lifeless plant with spoiled leaves come out of shock. Wait for 15 days for 'improvement'. And then will see how well you have done your duty of shock recovery. Luckily, my order was a low-priced one and the shock I received is also of low impact. For Kari reference : K- 341329.

Pahtetic service ordered on 3rd October and committed to dispatch within 48hrs. They dispatched 2 plants after following up on 9th and that to two different tracking ID. additionally received msg from Kari that order is delivered however upon checking they confirmed it was technical glitch. Plant or materials might be good but the service and commitment is very bad. Will not buy from Kari again
