I had ordered two sets of bangles of size 2.4 which usually fits me but the size i had received of 2.4 does not fit me Properly. So I requested for exchange, but they are taking only one set for exchange and also with Rs. 80. I had paid Rs. 80 as exchange amount. However no confirmation is received from their end. Whatsapp service they are providing is completely useless as there is no response. Also, I had message them on Instagram but no response. Instagram comment also they have deleted.

This app has very high return charges, and the refund is credited only to their wallet. Also, for the next order, you are required to use the same address again. My experience was not satisfactory. Please use the app carefully before placing an order.

“I am extremely disappointed with Merak. I ordered bangles 3 months ago and the size was not correct. I immediately raised an exchange request, but since then I have been getting the same response every time: ‘Your exchange order is on the way.’ It has been months with no update, no delivery, and no proper support. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional service. I will not recommend Merak to anyone. I am completely frustrated with Merak.
