Irresponsible or Scam. I have placed a prepaid order on 17th April 2026. On 24th April I received a message order delivered from (Delivery App) and then swashaa. Immediately I raised a complaint on WhatsApp chat and by mail to swashaa. Till date, they informed 1. They are dispatching one more order. 2. one item missing so select an alternative item 3. They are processing the refund. All 3 times their given window crossed. Neither did I receive the order nor refund after multiple follow-ups.

It's a fake app after placing order they are telling they have some technical glitch and asking to do the repayment or else will not get the product

This is fraud one don't buy it. I ordered through online payment they said they payment not received, so they send scan code make repayment then only they can refund they said. It's totally fraud
