I had ordered a ring, and it came for 3 weeks. Everything was fine. Then I returned it for resizing and I'have been waiting for more than 40 days, and they haven't started the process of resizing yet. Extremely bad service!

Dreadful. The Ryanair of Jewelry. The jewelry itself is fine, but if something goes wrong, you are screwed. Customer service amongst the worst of any company I've ever come across.

Poor quality and no accountability I bought an engagement ring from Glamira and the bracket holding the diamond sheared off. A jeweler confirmed it was a manufacturing defect, but Glamira refused to repair or replace it under their standard warranty. Despite providing photos and expert opinion, they denied responsibility. Very disappointed in both the product quality and the customer service — will not purchase from them again.

My delivery to Montreal was a platinum bracelet. This one started to become darker and yellow after one year. The service refused even to look again at the item. Very disappointed to pay more for less. They even refused to provide a written/stamped certificate (you have to be happy with the carton board they give as certificate). Next time I will go to a local jewelry.
