Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a gift on 22 July with an expected delivery of 27 July. The delivery was repeatedly postponed to 29, 31 July, 2, 3, 5 and 6 August, and today is 10 August—the order still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer support multiple times, but since 29 July I have repeatedly been told it would arrive within 24–48 hours, which never happened. The birthday for which I ordered the gift is already over. I expected much better service and communication from Cara

Extremely poor services, plz don't order anything from carat lane, ever.... they cheated me of 5000 rs, product never got delivered, and inspire of repeatedly contacting customer support, refund is not issued, it's been over a month, they are big frauds

Caratlane has withdrawn the online repair request option from the app. So, they will happily sell online 24x7, even offer try-at-home option when they are selling the product but once sold they will ask you to visit their store, that too during a normal weekday, to get any defects repaired. So you pay Rs 840 for the repair service plus any additional repair cost, and then you visit their store 2 times leaving your own work to deposit and collect the item. So disappointing from a TATA brand.
