I purchased a gold product from Carat Lane, Vijayanagar, about 8 months ago. I recently tried to exchange this gold at Malabar Gold, but they did not accept it because, according to their assessment, the product was not considered genuine gold and contained more than 800 mg of steel/other material. At the time of my purchase from Carat Lane, the bill showed only about 200 mg of other material. This is a serious difference between the original bill and the current assessment.

I ordered an earring piece which was delivered to me at 28 july, size was extremely small so I initiated a return request they didn't pick up it till 10 aug and removed status of my return from order history I again initiated return on 11 aug now they removed it from my order history now only exchange and sell option is open for me, no response over call I'm truly frustrated with your service, the worst application worst service I appeal you all not to buy from carat lane.

Fraud carat lane poor service and misleading advertisement. Order placed on 2nd of july worth rs 115000 and paid successfully but Today is 27 aug 2026 still waiting for delivery of my product which I order for my wife on her birthday which is on 27 july and ist date of delivery is 29 july then shifted to 5 aug then to 13 aug then 18 aug then 26 aug now to 5 sept but no actual work on my order is commenced. Caratlane you cheat people and no delivery of item and no refund in bank account. Cheated
