Very bad experience from carat lane, vai app placed order not delivered on time. Customer care service very annoying 😠. In every step very slow service like delivery, refund of amount. Totally make the fool to customer.

Had faced a bad experience with this app... I paid for a product but its says its getting delayed and it's been 2 months still waiting for my order. Have mailed the customer support they don't have any answers... Anyone knows how to file a complaint against this in consumer forum... Worst service from carat lane. I had lost my money and valuable time don't know when I will receive the order. Every time they say its getting delayed.
